Galifoot provides football match analyses, statistics and predictions generated from publicly available sports data and automated models (artificial intelligence).

The service is intended for information, sports reading and entertainment. Galifoot is not a bookmaker, gambling operator, financial advisor, or guaranteed-outcome service.

No sporting result is guaranteed. Probabilities, likely scores, confidence levels and analyses provided by Galifoot rely on data and models that may contain errors, omissions, latency or biases.

Football remains unpredictable: injuries, refereeing decisions, weather, cards, form, last-minute line-ups, data errors or exceptional events may change the outcome of a match.

You remain solely responsible for the decisions you make based on Galifoot information, in particular if you choose to use them in connection with sports betting or any other risky activity. Where sports betting is prohibited, regulated, or reserved to adults in your jurisdiction, you must comply with the applicable law. Galifoot does not encourage you to gamble.

The service is intended for users aged 18 years or older. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your country of residence if higher.

Creating an account requires a valid email address. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these legal terms, the terms of service and the privacy policy.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and refrain from any abusive, automated, fraudulent or unlawful use of the service.

Galifoot may suspend, limit or delete an account in case of abuse, credit-circumvention attempts, harm to the service, fraud, payment disputes or violation of these terms.

Galifoot may offer free plans, paid subscriptions and credit packs. The available plans, prices and included credits are displayed on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed by Whop, Inc. Recurring subscriptions can be cancelled from the billing area.

Unless stated otherwise or required by applicable law, unused credits are not refundable in cash.

The names and logos of competitions, clubs or third-party services belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Galifoot does not warrant the absence of errors, permanent availability, complete accuracy of sports data, or fitness of the service for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Galifoot and Yosuble AI LLC shall not be held liable for any financial losses, loss of chance, loss of profits, betting decisions, interruptions, data errors, or indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of the use of the service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or liabilities. In such cases, Galifoot's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

This document is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico (USA), without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Any dispute not resolved amicably shall be submitted to binding individual arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and each party waives the right to participate in any class action (class action waiver), to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Users residing in the European Union or in any other country whose law grants a mandatory right to seise their local courts retain that right.
