Personal data collected through the Galifoot service is processed by Yosuble AI LLC (1209 Mountain Road PL NE, STE R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA).

We only collect data that is useful for the service:

• Account: email, name or first name if provided, hashed password.
• Usage: plan, credits, analysis history, language preferences.
• Payment: technical identifiers from our providers (no full card numbers).
• Support: content of exchanges with our team.
• Technical: IP, user-agent, usage events (PostHog), security info.

Create and secure your account, deliver analyses, manage credits and subscriptions, process payments, respond to support, prevent fraud, improve the service, comply with our legal obligations.

For EU users, the legal bases are:

• Performance of the contract: account, service, payments.
• Legitimate interest: fraud prevention, security, product improvement.
• Consent: non-necessary cookies, marketing communications.
• Legal obligation: accounting and tax retention.

Payments are processed by Whop, Inc. Galifoot does not store any full card numbers. We retain the information needed to track plans, credits, invoices and subscriptions.

Data is retained for as long as the account is active. After deletion, data required by legal obligations (accounting, tax) is retained for the period required by law. Other data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period.

Some sub-processors are located in the United States. Transfers outside the EU are governed by GDPR mechanisms: Standard Contractual Clauses, Data Privacy Framework certification where available, or other appropriate safeguards.

• Necessary cookies: authentication, security, session, language. No consent required.
• Analytics cookies: PostHog. Subject to consent in jurisdictions that require it.

Depending on your country, you have rights over your data: access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g., CNIL in France).

Reasonable technical and organizational measures: encryption in transit (TLS), access control, hashed passwords, logging of sensitive actions. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Galifoot is not intended for users under 18 years old and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, contact us so we can delete it.
