Terms of service

These terms of service (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Galifoot service, published by Yosuble AI LLC.

Galifoot provides football match analyses for informational purposes. The service does not guarantee any sporting outcome or financial gain and does not constitute betting advice or financial advice.

By creating an account, purchasing a plan or using Galifoot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms without reservation, together with the legal notice and privacy policy.

The service is reserved for users aged at least 18 years, or the legal age of majority in their country of residence if higher.

You are responsible for complying with the laws applicable in your country, including those relating to sports betting.

Probabilities, likely scores, confidence levels and analyses may be incomplete, inaccurate or outdated. No analysis can guarantee the outcome of a match.

You are solely responsible for your decisions. Galifoot cannot be held liable for any financial loss, loss of chance, or betting decision made on the basis of the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, the security of your credentials, and any activity carried out from your account.

An account may be suspended, limited or deleted in case of abuse, fraud, credit circumvention or violation of these Terms.

Plans, prices, included credits and renewal periods are those displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by third-party providers.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the billing area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; no pro-rata refund is due, unless required by applicable law (e.g., consumer right of withdrawal in the EU).

Unless required by applicable law, unused credits are not convertible into cash. One-time credit purchases are firm and final.

The following are prohibited, among others:

• disrupting the service or attempting to access it by unintended means;
• circumventing credit or plan limits;
• reselling access without written authorization;
• scraping, copying or massively reusing data;
• attempting to access third-party accounts or data;
• using Galifoot for any illegal or fraudulent activity.

Galifoot analyses are produced by artificial intelligence systems. They may contain errors, biases or imprecise information. You must not treat them as professional advice and must exercise your own judgment.

Galifoot may evolve its features, pricing, plans, credits, data sources or interfaces. Material changes to the Terms will be notified by email or via the service before they take effect.

You may delete your account at any time from your personal area or by writing to contact@galifoot.com.

Galifoot may terminate your account with reasonable notice in case of service discontinuation, or without notice in case of serious violation of these Terms.

Galifoot shall not be held liable for any failure of performance resulting from a force majeure event: unavailability of third-party APIs, hosting outages, cyber-attacks, or any event reasonably beyond our control.

Entire agreement. These Terms, the legal notice and the privacy policy constitute the entire agreement.

Severability. If any provision is invalid, the others remain in force.

Governing law. Governed by the laws of New Mexico (USA). Any dispute shall be submitted to binding individual arbitration (AAA), with waiver of class actions, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
